Costa Rica pide presión regional por deterioro democrático en Nicaragua

En una sesión extraordinaria de cancilleres de la OEA en Washington, Costa Rica solicitó condiciones para celebrar elecciones libres, pluralistas y con observación internacional en Nicaragua. La representación costarricense denunció concentración de poder y cierre del espacio cívico.
